Property, Property, Property - the path of Herbert Dzial
The managing director of HD Project Development GmbH, Herbert Dzial, is active in leading positions in the real estate economy for nearly 25 years.
The establishment of the real estate community Penzkofer & Dzial in Seebruck (Chiemsee) marks the starting point in 1984. Five years later Dzial opens an office in Berlins famous Friedrichstrasse.
In order to be able to take over the management of Dr Rainer Fiebiger group of companies with locations in Nuremberg and Berlin, Dzial sells his company shares. Another 5 years later he takes over the position of managing director at Albrecht Krebs entrepreneurial group.
In 2001 he establishes his second company - HD Project Development GmbH. Parallel he temporarily joins the management board of Landmarks Entwicklungsgesellschaft Berlin. In the meantime Herbert Dzial retired from this job to fully address to the increasing tasks of HD Project Development GmbH.
